[ooo-build] Error Building 3.2.0.2 On Slackware Linux

Hmm, we should add there a check for this :-(

Could you please try the attached diff?

There was evidently mixed the oder of IF/ENDIF tags. It works here with more 
languages. I can't check the en-US build easily.
