As the new version of open-office seems to appear soon, this is probably
also a good time to update the download-script. I have attached the new
version, which (in theory;-) supports also the use of the supplied
mirrors:

 - The parameter "--no-mirrors" is used to switch off this extension,
   downloading everything directly from mirrorbrain.org

 - The parameter "--mirror-levels" can be used to adjust which mirrors
   shall be used: "1" selects only the "best ones", "2" and "3" also the
   second and third group (same country, same continent, everywhere; if
   no mirror exist in the country, the list is shifted and "1" selects
   same continent, ...). I don't know what's the best default value?
   At the moment, the script uses "1", restricting itself on the
   "nearest" mirrors.

For each file, the script reads the given priorities and selects than
randomly a mirror the probability being given by the priority.
During my tests it seems to work.
