[ooo-build] REMINDER: Release 3.2-rc3 from ooo-build-3-2 branch

Just wondering whether it would be possible to have the cron-job or
whatever it is to run several times a day so that we don't lag almost a
whole day wrt to the upstream tagging. But this is not a biggie, just an
idea.
