[ooo-build] [Issue 99622] undocked menue stay when switching virtual desktop

I cannot reproduce it with ooo-build 3.2.1.4 and undocked "Bullets and
Numbering" menue. Though, I have another feature fitted to this subject:

I open writer and have menue "Styles and Formatting" undocked (F11). If I switch
the virtual desktop, that menue stays on the previous virtual desktop. But if I
open and undock "Bullets and Numbering" menue additionally to the undocked menue
"Styles and Formatting", both switch the virtual desktop as expected. Then, I
close the undocked "Bullets and Numbering" menue and now the menue "Styles and
Formatting" switches the virtual desktop as expected.

It looks like the (undocked) menue "Styles and Formatting" is not correctly
registered at the beginning?!

I hope you could follow.
