Okay, I have to revise my description:

I work with the undocked "Styles and Formatting" menue. So, when I open writer
that menue is opened undocked already.
(If you have to press F11 now to open the styling menue you cannot reproduce the
problem.)

Move OOo main window to an other virtual desktop like this:
- right-click on title bar: send to (other) desktop

The styling menue stays on old virtual desktop.

If I close and then open the undocked "Styles and Formatting" menue again it
moves with the main window as expected:
- press F11 twice to close & open again

Retry to move the OOo main window to an other virtual desktop.
- right-click on title bar: send to (other) desktop

The styling menue moves with the main window, at least here. :)
