[ooo-build] Master builds again ( with a slew of commented out patches )

Just a note, the last time I tried, I needed to configure with:

--without-git --without-junit --enable-nss-module --disable-mono
--disable-layout

to get it building.  Please correct me if any of these is not necessary
any more :-)
