This depends on what format you are saving it as.  AFAIK ODF requires 5
characters minimum, whereas MSO binary format requires only 1 character.  BTW
this should not be a go-oo only thing since all the MSO format export encryption
code has been upstreamed.  This is relevant to the upstream build as well, but
someone needs to confirm that to be sure.
