[ooo-build] [PATCH 0/2] sw: preserve character style on 'Default format'

This is version 2 of the fix about 'Default format'.

It now includes two patches. Since it was suggested that it should
also not remove hyperlinks but that would lead to lose the
functionality of mass-removing hyperlinks.

I added another patch to show 'Remove Hyperlinks' in the
context menu when text is selected.
