[ooo-build] [PATCH 0/2] sw: preserve character style on 'Default format'

This is version 3 of the fix about 'Default format'.

Please excuse version 2 of the patchset. It was completely
broken, more than I thought.
 
It includes two patches. Since it was suggested that it should
also not remove hyperlinks but that would lead to lose the
functionality of mass-removing hyperlinks, I added another
patch to show 'Remove Hyperlinks' in the context menu when text
is selected.

This patchset is based on master now, and tested through a
clean build (autogen.sh, full download, make and ooinstall).

It's important to note that the second patch depends on
the first one, since both modify similar sections in the
patches/dev300/apply.
