[ooo-build] Google Summer of Code tasks review

Hi all,

As you may know the time to apply as a GSoc organization will arrives.
We have to file the request next week. In order to start stuffs I have
created a new wiki page for ideas based on the one from last year.

Could you please help doing some cleanup in the tasks? I mean:
  * removing the really too hard ones (that wouldn't fit into a summer)
  * removing stuffs that have already been implemented this year
  * update the tasks when there was some progress on them but there is
still something to do
  * add new thrilling tasks.

Of course, if some ideas are hitting you after the next week, please
feel free to add them.
