[ooo-build] localization german not complete

I'm using ooo-build-3.2.0.7 and some strings are in English. For example: in 
'Presentation Wizard' there are 3 radio buttons on the left "Empty 
Presentation", "From template" and "Open existing presentation". First 2 are 
in Turkish as expected (I'm using tr_TR.UTF-8 locale), but the last one is in 
English.

AFAICS, string was changed in "ooo-build-3.2.0.7/build/ooo320-
m12/sd/source/ui/dlg/dlgass.src" file:

In 3.2.0.7:

Text [ en-US ] = "O~pen existing presentation";

In 3.1.1.5:

Text [ en-US ] = "~Open existing presentation";

At first, I've thought that this may be the reason behind the missing 
translation. But when I look at Pootle, i can see that the string is correctly 
translated[1]. I couldn't figure out what is wrong here.

PS1: Strings 'Create' and 'Preview' are also in English on the same dialog, 
but others strings are in Turkish.
PS2: All strings were fine in ooo-build-3.1.1.5.
