[ooo-build] Using VCLTestTool

Would you be interested in creating a script that would update hid.lst, 
please?  That would help you, so that you don't have to dig through the 
amount of the failing test cases (needs some experience to see it quickly, if 
it is a real failure), and could be shared in ooo-build for all who are using 
qatesttool with ooo-build :-)  Do you have an ooo-build account, or not yet?
