[ooo-build] ANNOUNCE: ooo-build-3.2.0.99.1 released (3.2.1-beta1) => feature freeze

Hi,

I am happy to announce 3.2.1-beta1 release of ooo-build master branch. You 
might find it at

As usual, please, provide test builds for your beta testers and report bugs

IMPORTANT: Feature freeze
-------------------------

The beta1 release means the feature freeze. Please commit only bug fixes into 
the common sections from now on.

If you would like to commit a late feature, please discuss it with Kendy or 
me.

If you want to develop something for OOo-3.3, please commit it into 
experimental sections for now. We will do the 3-2-1 branch and update master 
for DEV300 in April.

Upcoming deadlines:
-------------------

The upstream 3.2.1 schedule is still somehow unclear, see 
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/OOoRelease321. We expect the release 
by the end of April. Here is proposal for ooo-build:

Thu, Mar 25     3.2.1-beta2 release
Thu, Apr 08     3.2.1-beta3 release
Thu, Apr 22     3.2.1-rc1 release (only critical and save bugfixes allowed
                                   after this point)

Note that the plan might change. We need to synchronize it with the 
upstream, ...
