Hmm, the openintro_dlg.bmp and openabout_dlg.bmp are defined in 
ooo-build/distro-configs/DroplineGNOME.conf.in as

--with-intro-bitmaps=\"$TOOLSDIR/src/openintro_dlg.bmp\"
--with-about-bitmaps=\"$TOOLSDIR/src/openabout_dlg.bmp\"

Though, I do not see them in ooo-build/src/

You wold need to copy them there before build or remove these configure 
options and use the default pictures instead.
