I do not know. Yesterday night I rebuilt vanilla 3.2 with hid.lst 
generation. I am going to test the file on Wednesday. I am going to 
Prague within an hour.
   I think I have also found the script that prepares hid.lst for 
qatesttool. It is in testautomation/tools/hid/hid.pl. I will see if it 
is really needed.
