[ooo-build] Accepted as a GSoc organization

Hi all,

We have just been accepted as a GSoc '10 organization. Now comes the
time for student to prepare their project applications. Students will
file their application from 03/29 to 04/09...

Please don't forget to add your last ideas now on the wiki page as some
students have already started having a look at it.
