Make sure you have this file in your system.

$ ls build/ooo320-m12/sc/inc/sc.hrc
build/ooo320-m12/sc/inc/sc.hrc
This happened to me once because I messed up the clone or build directory
(presumably after hitting Ctrl+C at some unknown point). When this
happened, a file was missing from build/ooo320-m12. I had to erase the
whole ./build and ./src/clone directory.
However, if this is the case for you too, you might want to try erasing
only the 'sc' part under src/clone and build/ooo320-m12 in order to save
some time.
