[ooo-build] REMINDER: Release 3.2 bugfix release from ooo-build-3-2 branch (for SLED11-SP1-rc2)

Hi,

I would like to release ooo-build-3-2 branch on Tuesday, February 23, at 
about 13:00pm UTC.

It will be a bugfix release and we will use it for SLED11-SP1-rc2. Please, 
commit only safe and important fixes to the common sections.

I will do more bugfix releases from the ooo-build-3-2 branch as needed in the 
future. I will send reminders in advance.
