[ooo-build] Problem in downloading source code through git

1) ask ur network admin to allow connect at git port.
2) get hold of another internet connection temporarily : visit a cyber cafe
with your laptop/get a USB internet card from someone(like tata photon+,
bsnl evdo)/ activate GPRS on your cellphone(it is very slow - it took me 3
hours to clone the 70% of the repo)

in case of the second option, be informed that you need this connection till
the download script of the build step finishes. I made the mistake of
assuming that internet is not required after cloning the repo.
