[ooo-build] problem with installing OO.o

Hi,
After a successful build process of OO.o i tried to :
make dev-install

it ends with following error :

./build-galleries: 22: pushd: not found
.: 22: ooenv: not found
Failed to build extra galleries: Bad file descriptor at ./ooinstall line
186.
make: ***
[/media/sda8/patches/openoff/ooo-build/build/install/program/ooenv] Error 9

interestingly , if i do
cd build/install/program
source ooenv && ./soffice

OpenOffice launches !

 how do i fix the error?
