[ooo-build] build failure in shell and lockdown feature

If you build on latest master, and your build fails in shell, try
building with --disable-lockdown to get past that point.

I looked to see if there is any patches causing this breakage, but there
doesn't seem to be any patches responsible for this. So, most likely
this is broken in the upstream source, with the assumption that they
always build with --disable-lockdown.

Anyone who is familiar with this feature, please have a look.
