[ooo-build] icu4c 4.2.1 problem in master

Hi,

When building from latest master (--with-git, commit eb4af13), I get:

dmake:  Error: -- `./unxlngi6.pro/misc/e3738abd0d3ce1870dc1fd1f22bba5b1-icu4c-4_2_1-src.unpack' not found, and can't be made

Reason(s):


Attention: if you fix the errors in above module(s) you may prolongue your the build issuing command:

        build --all:icu

make: *** [stamp/build] Error 1

Is this a known issue? Maybe it's related to commit e26fb9a by Cedric?
