[Openchrome-devel] move to freedesktop.org .

Hi all,

Ajax proposed to give openchrome an account on freedesktop.org. We may 
move the bug tracker and the wiki to fd.o. The code repository is 
another story as none of us feel particularly inclined to use git.

I'm not particularly happy with the bug tracker (spam, anonymous 
reports, etc..) and I have neither the knowledge nor enough right on the 
machine to fix that. I'm don't find the wiki particularly easy to use 
either, but that might just be me...
