[Openchrome-devel] pciaccess_branch and panels

Hi Jon,

There's a bug in the the pciaccess branch with panel detection. 
Currently the only way to detect that we have a panel available is to 
set VIA_DEVICE_LCD. This get set in ViaCheckCardId, but this fonction is 
wrapped with #ifndef XSERVER_LIBPCIACCESS (both the call and the 
fonction). If VIA_DEVICE_LCD is not set, the panel will never be 
activated unless you use ForcePanel option.
