It's not a new memory manager but a cleanup of TTM, that can be used 
together with the core GEM user interface (Radeon is going to do that), 
that replaces the device-specific parts of Intel's GEM implementation.
There's also a minimal buffer-object user-space interface for drivers 
that don't need the GEM user-space interface.
