[Openchrome-devel] VIA_HAVE_EXA clean-up patch

Hi,

I have reworked the patch from Xavier Bachelot (who deserves the
credit) against SVN revision 712 to clean up the code for VIA_HAVE_EXA
always being true, and for EXA_VERSION_MAJOR always >=2.

My patch for this is attached.
