I haven't the time to try out different builds just right now, but I
haven't built anything between 782 and 800, and 786 appears
superficially to be the only one dealing with HWCursor.

I can add that CPU usage remains low during mouse movement - it's just
that the cursor is rendered at a visible pace of, say, not more than 10
times per second.
