[Openchrome-devel] Fix compile error and typos introduced with changeset 1053

Dear James,

it's me again... ;-)

Unfortunately, for me your latest commit #1053 leads to a compile error due to 
"struct _VIA" has no member called "scratchAGPBuffer" anymore. Also, the new 
checks for successful memory allocation are logically inverted.

Again, a patch fixing this is attached.
