VM800 / P4M800 Pro Correction Patch

This is my first ever patch.
This patch doesn't really solve any issues, but I always wanted get rid of
VM800 reference in OpenChrome since such chipset doesn't exist.
There is, however, a chipset called VN800.
P4M800 Pro and VN800 chipsets are related.
For whatever reason, I will like to see this confusion cleared up so I created
a patch that will get rid of this confusion once and for all.
Hopefully, I will create a second patch that will incorporate Benno's current
patch since I worked on completely rewriting VIASave and VIARestore functions
between July and September 2015.
