Since this bug report came in at the very end of OpenChrome Version 0.5 RC
testing process, I will go ahead and make OpenChrome Version 0.5 RC8 the
release version.
Assuming that this is not a hardware problem and it is a bug, I will work on it
during the Version 0.6 development process.
I already have one bug fix that will go into Version 0.6 ready to be committed.
