I have not fundamentally changed the code from the older version to the newer
one.
As I may have said in another reply for this subject, is this Linux kernel or
libpciaccess problem?
Perhaps, you can remove PCI_DEV_MAP_FLAG_WRITE_COMBINE to see if it helps.
