Lubuntu 12.04
OpenChrome 0.4.901
Various monitors

I was testing various resolutions and when I go to 720x400 on VGA the screen is
skewed to the right leaving a black bar on the left. The mouse moves off screen
to the right. If I move a window, the mouse cursor moves about the same
distance off screen as the black bar on the left.
