Hi Justin,

Assuming that SiI 164 is used by HP T5550 (it appears so), VT1632A is actualy a
clone of SiI 164.
Fortunately, VT1632A is mostly register compatible with SiI 164.
That being said, the I2C bus 3 was not seeing anything, so this issue needs to
be resolved first.
