    drm/openchrome: Adopt DRM FBDEV helpers
    
    It appears the existing FBDEV emulation code offers no advantage over
    provided DRM FBDEV helper code.  Remove the existing code and adopt
    DRM FBDEV helper code.  This reduces code duplication.
