Hi Kevin,
It is really good article to tell what KMS is and how it works including
memory management(TTM/GEM) and mode setting(CRTC/Encoder/Connector). Definitely
it is helpful. When I was in AMD, actually for those parts(including KMS), I
have learned them based on RADEON and I hope I can put everything I have learnt
in OpenChrome project.
Right now I have successfully setup the kernel debugging env and I'll see
what is happening for this error.
