It was just working until I upgraded to 0.4.902. I can't remember what I had before I think it was 0.4.168. I was playing with ARandR and was able to independently change resolutions but the mouse was still a no show. Attached is Xorg.0.log after I changed both resolutions to 1600x1200. Let me know if you need a clean boot one.
