Ctrl-Alt-F1 works with V0.3.3 only if I disable the graphical terminal in the
grub settings (/etc/default/grub):
# Uncomment to disable graphical terminal (grub-pc only)
GRUB_TERMINAL=console
This trick doesn't work with V0.6.107 anymore.</pre>
