This notebook it's a terrible crap. Some time ago I fought with reboot and
poweroff. This big change in the kernel caused them.
<a href="https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?h=v4.6-rc1&id=277edbabf6fece057b14fb6db5e3a34e00f42f42">https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?h=v4.6-rc1&id=277edbabf6fece057b14fb6db5e3a34e00f42f42</a>
Since then, all new releases have been affected. The only effective, sensible
solution I have found is - "processor.nocst=1".
Now the notebook turns off and more importantly works reboot. Because this kind
of hack, it's not a solution -
for i in {s,u,b}; do echo $i > /proc/sysrq-trigger; done.
The VIA Rhine II card began to be rock-solid from the moment of turning off
DHCP. And more, more...</pre>
