Are you really sure about this? Does
option "DisableIrq" stop it from crashing with ANSYS?

Is ANSYS using 3D acceleration?

I would have guessed it was something with the new acceleration rewrite. 
Is there any chance you can run the driver with Xorg 6.9 and provide a 
backtrace?
