Comment (by jon.nettleton at gmail.com):

 There as one reported success using my first stab at a modular openchrome
 build. Here is a list of what has changed/been added.

 1) Updated to the 2005.11.28 trunk codebase
 2) added support to build libviaXvMC and libviaXvMCPro libraries
 3) moved directory structure to match the build system being used for
 modular via in Fedora Rawhide
 4) updated code and Imakefiles so this structure will build against both
 modular and Monolithic xorg installs

 The automake conditionals for building the xvmc libraries need to be fine
 tuned and cleaned up. Right now if DRI is detected then they are built.
 This was just how the Rawhide setup was doing it so I didn't mess around
 with it.  The monolithic build should work running xmkmf /path/to/xc ;
 make Makefiles ; make. Someone who knows this system better than I should
 look at it.

 This tarball is based on Rawhide's rpm source for the via driver,
 unichrome.sf.net's build, and a bunch of my own tweaks.
