[Openchrome-users] Xv last line draw problem

I think some one mentioned this issue before and for the same hardware 
and i also mentioned but didn't have time to follow up on it.  From what 
i can tell, it only affects certain video files and i believe it has to 
do with the size of the video.  The problem only shows up if you scale 
the video and also depends on by how much you scale.  While i scale, 
there are certain points where the artifact does not show.  If i scale 
even 1 pixel more or less than those points it shows up again.  In its 
original size, the video has no artifacts.  From what it looks like, the 
size of the destination is larger than the size of the source*scale so 
when it tries to read the last line, it gets garbage.  Rounding problem?
