[Openchrome-users] sp13000 NTSC tv-out problem

I'm having a problem with the tv out of an sp13000. This is a direct capture 
from the svideo jack to display the problem:

The top of the screen is discoloured. In addition to this, the picture seems 
to be in the wrong position (too far left and downward). I'm using the 
720x480Noscale mode.

Can anyone give me a pointer for where to start looking?
