Using 720x480Noscale mode on an NTSC television through the SP13000's
 s-video connector, the top of the screen (10-15%) is corrupt in regards to
 colour. The band of discolouration looks somewhat like a gradient. This
 has been repeated on 3 different SP13000 boards using 3 different
 televisions.
