This is a low cost tower named imedia 2097:

(did not found a descriptive page in english - sorry). I bought it without the display, that
is replaced by the one describe below.

No - I putted the flag VIA_DEVICE_TV (I believe this is related to the log you quote) just
like that - it is normal this test is failing. No worry!
