I think that's right, yes. I believe there may be possibilities for 
tweaking in the pipeline, but for now you'd have to adjust the TV's 
horizontal and vertical size settings. Most TVs don't let you do that, 
though - which is partly why TV programmes and films are produced 
expecting a certain amount of overscan.
