OK, here http://www.tbs-software.com/morgoth/files/private/via/xf86-video-openchrome_xv-2.patch is a updated patch for xorg 7.1 compatibility. This version tires to detect the abi version and use old Xv interface if required. Should make possible to compile it on something else than 7.1. Also removed a small warning about implict declaration of memcpy() function in via_cursor.c

Is it OK now ?
