Currently we have XV running on most chipsets.  I left XvMC disabled
until we could get to that stage because people were trying to jump
right to XvMC and things were getting confusing.  I think enabling XvMC
is the next step. 

What does EXA need to run?  Is everything handled by the code in
via_dri.c?  If so people could start testing that ASAP.
