CN700 is fully supported. Tv encoder support is only partial for VT1625, 
afaict. There was some discussion and patches about it on the ML in the 
last monthes, you might want to try searching the archives. Also, Ivor 
is working on some tv encoder stuff. I think a supported tv encoders 
page with working modes could help. I'll try to add something into the wiki.
