[Openchrome-users] New card. How to test?

Hi,

I have a very new VIA Unichrome card with PCI ID 1106:3157. The VIA guys
say that the OpenChrome drivers should work with it and treat the
chipset as a CN400. I tried adding the PCI ID on my own to the drivers
from SVN revision 195 (current HEAD), in the unichrome/via_id.c file,
but that didn't work. Actually, X seem to not probe the card at all (I
added a debug statement there so I see in the X logs if it passes
through the search function, and it didn't) and it said "no screens
found", but even so it displayed a cursor. The cursor remained on screen
after killing X, and starting X a second time locks around the place
where it scans the PCI bus.

The PCI ID may not be the final one, so it may be wrong to add it to SVN
just yet. Is there a way for me to make the drivers find the video card
so I at least know if they work or not?

Thanks
