[Openchrome-users] only NTSC modes in VT1626 TV-out modes? -> need PAL

Hi all,

in the file via_vt162x.h the variable VT1625Table has no modes with
TVTYPE_PAL, and I can't get the tv-out to work on a PAL television. Is
there something I can do about that? Any patch I can test?
